No. A. 12032/1/2010– SIRD (MZ):.Applications in plain papers are invited for filling up of the contract post of Upper Division Clerk with a fixed pay of Rs. 20,250/- per month.

1	Educational Qualification	Graduate & above from recognized Universities
2	Desirable	Experience in office Ministerial Service. Free from intoxicants. Working knowledge of Mizo language upto Middle School level, Computer literate with DTP.
3	Age limit	35 years for general, 40 years for SC/ST/OBC
4	Nature of appointment	Contract for 2 years initially, eligible to be appointed coterminous status on satisfactory performance
5	Place of Work	Extension Training Centre, Thingsulthliah

Interested persons may submit their applications with bio-data with contact number to the undersigned latest by 21^st June, 2013. The following documents should be enclosed: Attested Copies of:      

1. Certificate and Mark Sheets from HLSC onwards,
2. EPIC,
3. Employment Registration Card,
4. Tribe Certificate where necessary,
5. Two Copies of Passport sized photo.

Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. Candidates who are currently serving in any establishment under binding terms & conditions should enclose the employer’s letter of consent. Competitive examination will be held on the following subjects as follow:

1. General English
2. Mizo Grammar & composition
3. Simple Arithmetic.
